As the Senior Content Manager for the Academy of Digital Industries, I spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of our social media presence, emphasizing updated and upscale visuals. I was the driving force behind the "Never Have I Ever" campaign for International Women's Day, which addressed societal stigmas against women through a blend of video and static visuals. Additionally, I managed the "Invite a Friend" promotion, creatively incorporating characters from popular shows like Friends, Marvel, and How I Met Your Mother to offer a 20% discount for both referrers and referees. My responsibilities included coordinating team efforts to ensure consistent messaging, overseeing content creation, and strategizing to enhance engagement and enrollment through these innovative campaigns. Faced with stagnant engagement in digital skills education, I took charge of reimagining our content strategy across all channels. By aligning our creative efforts with institutional goals and crafting a compelling narrative of digital empowerment, we leveraged data-driven insights to fine-tune our approach. The results were significant, yielding a 25% boost in engagement and a 10% increase in enrollment, showcasing the effectiveness of our revitalized strategy.
